Manuel Garcia tainted by graft and curruption

Complaints had been filled yesterday before the Office of the Ombudsman against the former PCSO advertising and promotions manager Manuel Garcia.

Alexander Quisumbing representing Quizgem and Ludovico Yuseco of Cross-Channel complained about the cut Garcia asked for every time they collected payment from the government agency for their advertisement. They say that Garcia collected from them a total of P16.1 million from Quizgem since February 2006 to January 2008 and a total of P12.6 million in commissions from Cross Channel since2009 to June 2010.
Wow! That is a whopping P28.7 mill!!!

So where is Garcia now? Gone, hiding, spending... "Hopefully missing or kidnapped" haha! They say that he asked for a leave of absence for one year citing health reasons, ONE YEAR my friend!!! I thought they were allowed for a maximum of six months leave but this guy wanted to extend it. Why? He needed more time to spend his ill gotten wealth. He even submitted a health certificate for the said condition, "probably a huge fan of Erap". Whatever that condition is, he shouldn’t have gone without a trace. He just made it more obvious. Imbecile! I can’t stop thinking how stupid this guy is but I can’t blame him. When you’re in position and nobody is complaining about what you’re doing, whether it is right or wrong, and if there is cold cash in front of you, wouldn’t you take it? This country is not listed as one of the corrupt country for nothing right? He’s just doing his role. What would you expect?

The way I see it, this won’t happen if those two (Quisumbing and Yuseco) hadn’t done their part. They fuelled the flame that now became a bushfire they can’t put out. They say that Garcia asked for his commission, that’s what he wanted, what he needed, and they gave it to him. You give money to the corrupt and complaint after? Are you insane? Those guys are the one to blame. Someone should file on what they did instead. Do they even think they can get their money back? You wish! Serves you right…
